We hold our Annual General Meeting every year in May, and everyone who is part of the Bike Hub community is welcome to attend. The AGM is a chance to review the last year and make plans for the year ahead and beyond, as well as going through our Annual Report and end of year accounts. It's also when we elect new members to any empty spaces on the Committee (ideally members will stay on the Committee for two years.) Our Committee is responsible for governance of the organisation and is accountable to the wider membership through the AGM. We hold committee meetings every two months, usually in person. These are to discuss things which might be too specialised for the team meetings, are long-term/strategic in nature or where a degree of confidentiality is important. Some members take on specific roles (such as Chair, Secretary & Treasurer) while others have a general role. You can download and read our last three annual reports below. They contain stats, photos, and details of our activities, partners, funders and team that year.
